Professional information and service are offered throughout the day.

Registration can be made online or sent by fax or by post (entry forms have to be filled in completely and signed). Bibs can only be picked-up on presentation of the pay-in slip.

Athletes competing on Saturday 25/14 km and Sunday 55/35 km pay Euro 60,- for both races.

A handling fee of Euro 10 is charged for changes in entries (e.g. 35km instead of 55km or 55km to 35km, etc). Should the race be cancelled your entry fee will be used for the SKI-TRAIL 2010.

Woman and Men from age-group 1993 for the distances of 14 und 25 km classic, as well as 35 km skating
Woman and Men from age-group 1990 for the distances of 55 km skating
Please note: race participation is at own risk! Good physical fitness and medical check-up prior to the race are recommended!

The SKI-TRAIL race forms part of the 12th DSV Cross-Country Skiing Race Series 2009.
The 55km skating race must be completed to score for the “TIROL TROPHY 2009”.

Bib Pick-Up:

Where: Gemeindesaal/Race Office in Tannheim (near start/finish area).
The starter package can only be collected prize-giving ceremony of the Double payments or non-starts due to illness are refunded in from of a credit slip for a future entry. Bib-pick up for the Night Sprint on Saturday in Nesselwängle is from 3pm at the Sportcenter Nesselwängle.

Timing:
Timing Chips by HWI Datentechnik are included in the Starter Packagte. Please note that the chip has to worn around the ankle. No fee or deposit is charged for the chips. Anyone who does not return their timing chip is charged a replacement fee. On request a short text message can be sent to your mobile phone including your race time and unofficial ranking. Don’t forget to enter your phone number in the registration form!

Ski Tuning and Pole Service:
From Friday (23 January 2009) to Sunday (25 January 2009), FISCHER SKI and TOKO will present the latest cross-country skiing equipment to try and to buy, customer service, ski and pole check on the race days as well as a free ski tuning service.

Fringe Events:
The popular and free cross-country skiing classes (skating and classic) will again be offered in a cooperation of the Oberallgäu ski school and FISCHER SKI.
On Friday, 23 January and Saturday, 24 January, it’s all about “Nordic Fitness Winter Day”: you can try out and test all kinds of sports gear and there will be experts providing free advice and assistance.

Starter Package and Awards:
Entry fee includes a free SKI-TRAIL bib, transponder-based race timing, seven drink and food stations along the course, refreshments in the finish area and a hot, freshly-prepared meal and a drink at the Tennis Hall. Also included are a SKI-TRAIL gift, a SKI-TRAIL sticker and a SKI-TRAIL diploma (for finishers only). Honorary awards will be given to the first, second and third place finishers of each category (men and women). The prizes are crafted by Lebenshilfe Reutte, a center for mentally challenged people. Free parking and shower facilities are available at Hauptschule Tannheim.
